I’m a learning and enablement leader who believes that when people feel seen, supported, and inspired, they do their best work. For the past decade, I’ve helped Iron Mountain, a global organization, transform how they sell, lead, and grow — not just through better programs or technology, but through human connection, curiosity, and storytelling.

My approach blends strategy with creativity and heart — combining data, design, and empathy to create learning experiences that actually change behavior and drive real business results. I’ve led initiatives that have scaled across 43 countries, reduced ramp time by 32%, and fueled over $49M in pipeline — but the true impact has been in the people who found their confidence, their voice, and their sense of possibility.

I’m passionate about bridging gaps between sales, marketing, and product — turning complexity into clarity, and creating alignment that helps teams grow and thrive.
